R. Wendell Williams, Ph.D.

Wendell specializes in helping organizations develop job competencies, measure applicant skills,
implement performance management programs, develop performance appraisal systems, make promotion
decisions, and develop Web-enabled hiring sites.
He is an experienced executive, senior line officer, staff manager, and consultant who has served
a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients. He has been widely published and quoted in the Harvard Business
Review, Employment Management Today, HR Manager, PCAI Magazine, Electronic Recruiting Exchange, AIRS,
CareerXRoads, IT Recruiter, Weddle's Annual Recruiter's Guide To Employment Web Sites, and many nationally

Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in industrial psychology from The Union Institute
and University, a MS in applied social psychology from Virginia Commonwealth
University, a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BSIM from
Purdue University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association
and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
